But the real shift came when property managers started calling. They saw what we were doing and asked if we could handle their commercial buildings. Unit turnovers at the end of the month, back-to-back apartments that needed to be ready for new tenants by the next day. We said yes because we realized something important: our commitment didn't change just because a building got bigger. One unit or fifty units—every space still deserved our full attention.
